During the final stages of development for Hitman 2, we encountered several critical bugs and technical issues that impact stability, gameplay flow, and overall quality. Releasing the game in its current state would not meet our standards — or yours.

Because of this, we’ve made the difficult but necessary decision to delay the release of Hitman 2.

This extra time will be used to:

• Fix remaining bugs and crashes

• Improve performance and optimization

• Polish gameplay systems and missions

• Ensure a smoother, more enjoyable experience at launch

We know delays are frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and support. This decision was made to deliver the best possible version of Hitman 2, not a rushed one.

A new release window will be announced as soon as we’re confident the game is ready.
